A BIT ABOUT YOUR COACH
Holly Jackson - UpLift Founder​​​​​
Growing up in sports has given me a huge appreciation for the effect training can have on your physical and mental well-being. Still, I also understand firsthand how hard that transition away from competitive sport can be and I've experienced first-hand the darker side of fitness; the one that appears healthy on the outside but couldn't be further from it.
I've made my fair share of mistakes, learned from each one, and come out the other side with a passion for doing things differently—and helping you avoid those same pitfalls. Thanks to my own journey and ongoing professional development, I specialise in helping women of all ages and abilities build better relationships with food, training and themselves so they can live a value-aligned life and truly thrive.
Since becoming a Personal Trainer in 2018 I've accumulated well over 10,000 hours of in-person and online coaching, and pride myself on education to match my experience.

IN-PERSON COACHING
Face-to-face sessions where we'll run through your individualised, progressive programme and have honest, compassionate conversations about nutrition and lifestyle factors, with actionable steps for you to implement.

Best for complete beginners looking to gain confidence lifting weights and get instant feedback whilst they learn. All sessions take place out of a small, semi-private studio ideal for those intimidated by commercial gyms. Check out our location here.

Comprehensive health coaching delivered via the CoachRX app plus one weekly face-to-face session to master new movements in your programme and help give you an extra push when its needed.

Perfect for those looking for real lifestyle transformation and who want to fast track their progress.

Comprehensive health coaching delivered via the CoachRX app. I could list everything that's included here (like ongoing messaging support, video form feedback and regular in-depth consultation calls), but the truth is this service looks different for everyone because it truly is designed around you as an individual, however you work best. In short, you get me, in whatever capacity you need to succeed.
Best for those comfortable training alone who are looking to give their programme some meaning and learn how to write their own.
