Please note all our coaching services have a 3-month minimum commitment and require one calendar month's cancellation notice. Full terms and conditions apply.

15% discount is applied for those wishing to pay upfront for 3 months or more.

REMOTE COACHING

£199 per month

Paid monthly via Stripe subscription.

HYBRID COACHING

£299 per month

Full Online coaching service plus 4x60 min personal training sessions per month @ 50% discount on their normal price.

1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING

4 sessions per month - £200

8 sessions per month - £360

12 sessions per month - £480

1:2 PERSONAL TRAINING

Enjoy PT with a friend and split the cost:
